We all from time to time get into that pit whether it is by
our own doing or because of circumstances around us, but we don’t have to stay
there. The author shows us scriptures and personal experiences to lead and
direct us. Ultimately, the choice is ours and we have to make the choice to get
out of that pit. We just have to let God lead us out.

at the end of the book and also a section broken down by chapter that includes
questions to help you reflect on each chapter.
